🔴SALE! Y2K Tan Open Bow Back Tiered Mini Dress

Super cute mini dress! I think it's vintage from the 90s or early Y2K. Light tan lightweight fabric. Ruffled flutter sleeves, tiered skirt sectioned, and super cute open back with two completely adjustable ties around the upper back and waist. I put paper under the ties so you can see the cutout better in the pictures. Elastic at the back of the waist hem for the perfect fit. One of the back straps was coming off, so I sewed it back. Color doesn't quite match but it's not easily noticeable. Otherwise great condition! No tags whatsoever, about a size small. Happy to answer any questions!🥰
