dbvh @swade0219 hi! Just measured. It's 17.5" from the top of the neck (in the back) to the waist. And then 17.5" from the waist to the hem. 10"5 inches from the lowest part of the neck (in front) to the waist. The waist is flexible so you can blouse it more or less for it to be a bit longer or shorter.
