Got custom made for my first EDM fest, worn once very briefly. One of the funnest, coolest things I own. Very lightweight and almost too sexy. Made with yellow, orange, pink, and red layered tulle, cut at angles for a fairy look. Made with a comfortable stretch band for comfortable fit, length is 9.5" long. Great for clubs, raves, and music festivals. Waist measurement is 30 inches (where the waistband sits), hip measurement 34-35 inches. Definitely suggest wearing some boy shorts underneath ;).
