It's in good condition and has been used a couple of times. Dress is considered to best fit XS-S sizes but it can also be worn by American M-L sizes. I'm a size large and it hugs parts of my body. I am also 4'11" and the dress ends a couple inches past my bottom. Arm length is about 56cm, Front bust 43 cm, Top-Bottom 79.5cm, and waist 43 cm.
