@nikki_med there is no real “pit to pit” because it has a completely open back, in addition to a deep v split neckline, and smocking at the back. But I’ve just added a photo with the measurement at the closest thing there is to that — a measure where it comes back together lower on the back: 15.5”. I can tell you I found it to fit large for a small, quite generous on my 34C frame.
