Can you describe this? How long is it? Is it a full sweater or like a shrug that stops at chest level? Is it stretchy?

@carrigan1412 this goes down past your waist not sure how tall you are? But I am 5 foot 5 and it is long down to my knees. Like I said however you want to wear it in my ad... I wouldn't call it a sweater or certainly not a shrug. A overlayer to dress up or down 😉
