cmlazorenk @dylcon2322 that's such a hard question because all brands run so differently. It is a great material with stretch. I like to go by measurements, I have them listed and am more than willing to help you with sizing if you are unsure. We can either go by your bra size or you could measure one of your tops at home. I usually like a 19" pit to pit but the large fits me great.
