This is a lacy, boho styled flower top. it has different panels of material, in the front and back, there is fabric or lace in all panels, the lace is very light and hard to capture on camera, but there aren't any cutouts on this top. it is an XL with measurements of 23" armpit to armpit and length is 32 " long.
