Mike used to race on a dirt track at Capital Speedway, just outside Jefferson City, MO. My then boyfriend (now my husband) and I used to go to the races there on Saturday nights. Rusty Wallace was there on one of those nights helping his brother in the pits. After the races, we went down to the pits and both brothers were gracious enough to sign a piece of notebook paper because we wanted their autographs. They even supplied the notebook paper!
