Rustic Blue and Brown Ceramic Vase

Very pretty little vase/jar. It is signed but I have been unable to find who the artist is. It is small, about 3.5" x 3.5". There are no chips, cracks, scratches, fleabites, or other visible damage. I am open to all reasonable offers or will counter with my lowest price. Offers that are 10-25% lower than the listed price are generally accepted; anything more than that may be countered. Take a look at the rest of my closet to bundle and save!
