Russian Hand Painted Signed Black Lacquer Floral & Fire Bird Round Brooch Pin 2"

This Russian pin is in good condition. The front of the pin has 2 tiny chips at 9 o'clock. If you rub your finger around the edges of the pin, it is a little rough, but there isn't noticeable from the front except at what you can see at 9 o'clock. There are a couple of chips on the back of the pin that you can't see from the front. It is 2 inches round. The pin is a safety silver tone safety pin. Please see all photos for the condition.
