Russian Folk Art Marquetry Plate Early 20th Century Floral Pear Design

This is a lovely decorative Russian Folk Art wooden plate. The plate is handmade and features inlaid straw designs. The design includes two pears apples surrounded by flowers and leaves. The base of the plate is made of bits of crushed straw, while the inlaid designs are made of cut pieces of straw. Measures approx. 7 3/4” wide & 1.5” high.
