Russell Athletic trunks, size XL.

Russell Athletic swim trunks in a size XL. The tag says medium but based on my measurements, they fit more of an XL. Shorts are old and have a vintage feel to them. They are in good condition except for the inner fabric by the drawstring that has partially ripped, leaving one end of the string more exposed.
