$1895 Michael Kors Quilted Silver & Wool Bustier Dress NWT Size 4 (Fits True) 34"B (~A-B Cup), 25"W 35"H 35"L This collection was inspired by the "Bright Lights, Fast City" side of New York - it's unapologetically sexy, modern and expensive. The exact style was worn on the red carpet by supermodel Doutzen Kroes, featured in several magazines, in the ad campaign and of course starred on the runway. The base is a skin-tight wool pencil dress with a heavily tailored bustier and internal corsetry and support belt, and a body-gripping hourglass shape down to the leg. The front panel is a shimmering silver lame, quilted in black embroidery, which creates a lean line down the body. The breast ups are done in tailored black wool for oomph and emphasis. The center is an edgy silver zipper, fixed just below the neckline as if it was barely ... hanging ... on ... however it's a tease and non-functional. The actual closure is a discreet zipper down the side. And it's in new / never worn condition with tags attached.
