jmoody89 @darthliv hi! The dress laying flat measures 15 inches at the waist. My waist is 28 inches and the small fits me fine, not tight. I would say bc of the cut of this dress, the hips are the bigger concern. Measures 22 inches flat. My hips are 37 inches at the modest point and again this size fits but with not much room to spare :)

jmoody89 @smarieb22 hello! So sorry no response! Measured flat, the waist is 15 inches and the hips are 22. I measure at a 28 inch waist and 37 inches hip and the small fits me with a little room in the waist but less in the hip. It fits but I wouldn’t want it any tighter personally :)
