New with out tags Express (but quality and style seem from higher end store, with all due respect to Express) hot pink ruffled blouse. Halter. Zipper on the side. Size 6. Very feminine blouse, one of my favorites (bought 2). Wear it with black satin shorts with strappy sandals or white jeans for summer, slacks for evenin, or floral skirt for spring.
