Ruffled floral blouse from east 5th

This cutie is from east 5th. It’s slightly sheer but comes with a black cami for underneath. Ruffles around the neck, but not the kind that stick up and out and get in the way of the girls, you know what I mean? This floral print works for both spring and the beginning of fall with its good strong colors. This is a great top!
