Ruffled Silk Marciano Tank w/ Sequin Detailing NWT

Gorgeous black ruffled tank top by Marciano. New with tags, never worn! Amazing, intricate detailing with rose embroidery, sequins, and tiny little feather charms at the bottom of each tier of ruffles. Ruffles go all the way around. Second underlayer of the tank top lays flat against the body and is slightly shorter than the layer of ruffles leaving the bottom layer of ruffles sheer. Thin, adjustable straps. Tags include a bad w/ extra sequins but it looks like all is intact. So, so pretty!
