Ruffled Little Black Dress From WHBM

This is a spunky LBD. The ruffles make it stand out as different. It has a high neck that ties in the back making an adorable bow detail in the back. It also has a ruffle flower towards the top. All these details make it so cute and unique. It is in brand new condition. I would say it is a little big for a x-small. I am usually a small and it fits perfectly. The fabric is 95% polyester and 5% spandex.
