Ruffle chiffon dress

This Pyramid Collection dress is light, breezy and beautiful. Made from chiffon, it has diagonal ruffles cascading down the skirt. Cross over bust-line and flattering fit. Belt may be tied upfront or in back. There are a number of snags hidden within the skirt but they are hardly noticeable due to the pretty print. See pictures.
