Ruffle check dress - great for Dorothy!

Reposhing this 3T/4T dress item I purchased from @chelseyteagan. It was perfect for our family Wizard of Oz costume! This listing is for the blue/white check dress only, but I also have listings for Glinda The Good Witch and The Tin Man! Bundle for a deal. This dress doesn't have a tag showing the size, but my daughter wore it as a tall three-year-old. I would say it fits 3T/4T.
