Ruffle Wrap Sundress

The Ruffle Wrap Sundress is a great, simple sundress that's easily worn over a swimsuit or with a denim jacket for a cute summer look. This dress has a smocked top part with adjustable ruching at the bust, a front cutout under the bust. The bottom is a wrap skirt that's tiered and fully lined.
