Ruffle Skirt with Convertible Suspenders

Black skirt with ruffle accent on the front and zipper on the side. Can be worn with or without the suspenders. Made by Mango. The skirt says it's a size 8 but ti fits like a 10. I actually purchased it as an 8 to wear and it' doesn't fit and I'm really disappointed because it's so cute. This item had never been worn. (I did try it on, but that's all)
