This dress is so lovely and would be perfect for elegant fall outings, etc. More fitted, 100 percent cotton, with a comfortable smocked higher waist. Vibrant deep floral pattern, fits more as a true Small rather than a Medium as it is sized. This is a re-posh as it didn't fit.
