Elegant navy maxi dress, classy bateau neckline. Sleeveless design. Features ruffle detail. Very good condition. The dress was hemmed to floor length for a 5’1” person wearing 3” heels My mother wore this to my brother’s wedding and it was STUNNING!! It has such a flattering shape.
