Ruffle Floral Top

Beautiful floral top for spring, summer or fall. Ruffle sleeves and slight ruffle on the hem. Elastic on sleeves and hem where ruffle is located. Ruffle along neckline, as well. Tie on neckline. It is a cream backgroud with small pink flowers and small green leaves. I bought it at a local boutique. Never worn and still has the tag from when I bought it.
