This Rue21 sleeveless tank dress is a size small S with a black and white striped top and all black skirt. Top is ribbed stretchy knit and skirt is very lightweight and sheer (with a black, short lining as in photo 4). Comfy and flirty, with an elastic waist, handkerchief hem, zipper back. Worn once, so in excellent condition with no rips, tears, stains, pulls, or other blemishes.
