Pretty empire style dress in black with floral mesh lace layers. Lined. Can accommodate a 3.5" wide belt. Belt is off white elastic macrame with a faux leather designed snap front closure. Also is nice without a belt. Strapless with a elastic gathered neckline. All-way stretch fabric made from 89% nylon and 11% Spandex material. Lining is 100% polyester.
