Rue 21 women's large gray peplum top

Rue 21 women's large gray peplum top. Really light weight, flowy, stretchy and soft material that is 97% rayon and 3% spandex. This has a peplum style higher waist with flowy fabric under the waistline. It has a beautiful sequined Peter pan style collar. This is really cute and in good used condition, the only flaw I could find was that the tag inside the shirt is still in tact but cut down the middle. It is 25 inches from shoulder to bottom hem and about 20 inches from pit to pit.
