Rue 21 Lace Bell Sleeve Burgundy Top

Long bell sleeves with lace detailing. Keyhole closure in the back. 100% Polyester...feels like a chiffon type material. Sheer, would require a cami underneath. Size small (juniors) Has some black spotting on the back, but it is barely noticeable. Have not tried to remove. See last photo (hard to see).
