Rue 21 Etc! Sandal

Flats, grip under sole. Polka dot insole, black, gold and white straps, fastens on the ankle. ONLY WORN ONCE, for about 1 hour after purchase . I picked up wrong size and tried to make it work. True to size. I wish I could keep them . Too cute with jeans or a sundress! The polka dots show just enough to accent your outfit... See last pic.
