Rue 21 Blush Tulle Skirt

Purchased this adorable fairy skirt from rue 21! Hardly worn with no stains or rips. It's still in good condition but there is a flaw on the front of the skirt. I've edited the listing to include this issue shown in the last 2 images. Waistband is stretchy and I was able to put it on when I was a size Large.
