Ruched black and multi-color polka dot top

Really fun and comfortable party blouse - black with multicolor polka dots. This cropped blouse has a stretchy, ruched mud section and a flattering square neckline. It can be worn off the shoulder or on the shoulder. The sleeves can be work long (to wrists) or pushed up to the elbow for a puffed sleeve look. The cuffs of the sleeves are ruched as well. In excellent condition! Measurements: Ruched 16 inches pit to pit, but stretches comfortably to 22 inches Sleeve length 21 inches Top of sleeve to hem: 18.5 inches 90% polyester, 10% elastane.
