Vintage style Black polka dot dress with pink accents and sewn in faux peticoat . Has a zipper and eye hook closure in the back and a tie belt. The bust area is lightly padded and gathered. Shoulder straps are adjustable. It is a size 11 and a Cotton spandex mix with minimal stretch. it is just below the knee length at 5'6"
