Blue floral cardigan or wrap top by Ruby Ribbon. This top is blue with a navy blue scroll floral all over pattern. It has elbow length sleeves with a ruffle cuff and an open front. It has belt loops on the side because it originally had a tie belt and can be worn as a wrapped top or tied cardigan. It is pre-owned, missing the belt, but otherwise in great condition.
