Do you wash your items before shipping, or is this item new? How do you know these stains will probably come out if you don't know their origin? TY

All my items hanging in my closet have been laundered before hanging there as would anyone hanging something in their closet I would imagine. I’m not sure the origin of the stain as I found it when I took it down to weigh a bundle for someone and I changed the price as I didn’t really want to take the time to mess with it hence the $5.

The item has only been worn like once or twice but my closet rack did fall at one point and maybe somehow got these two small marks that feel somewhat gummy. Since you are calling me out on it I have taken the time to investigate it again..
