What is this made of? All cotton are does it have some stretchiness to it?

Good afternoon! So sorry for the late response to your question. The material is not listed on any of the tags. The only thing I can think of is that I cut it out myself. I would think it’s a poly blend . There is no stretch to the fabric. I’m truly sorry in late answer with no real solution.
