sandypitman @mehwee2000 Thank you for inquiring. Yes we are absolutely smoke free. I know it does have some stretch to it but I will have to get you the measurements tomorrow. It was my top and I am a full busted lady. The top looks new and I actually bought it thinking I was going to get some jeans to wear with it ( I do not own a pair of jeans) and just never got the jeans. It is very nice fabric. I don’t know if you’re familiar with the brand or not but it is a very nice quality top.
