Size 6..genuine ruby. So cute! It would be perfect for a birthstone ring. The ruby is approximately .25ct and earth mined. Smaller gems are better quality. It was at one time in a piece of high end, gold jewelry. I used it to replace the cubic zirconia in the center. The other stones are also cubic zirconia. In .925 silver with rhodium coating and 14k gold plated.
