Rubie’s Girls Dorothy Sequin Costume from the Wizard of Oz

Gorgeous Dorothy costume dress in blue and white. Perfect for imaginative play and dress-up fun! Unfortunately there is no tag, but my daughter wore it when she was about six years old and weighed 42 pounds. If I had to guess I would think it was a 5T however, please go off of measurements below for accuracy. Measurements for reference: Pit to pit- 13inches Collar to bottom of skirt- 24inches Good condition however the dress does have two very small stains and there are a few pulls/snags on the white areas of the dress.
