Brand new with tags Roz & Alli off shoulder or can be worn on shoulder, beautiful champagne colored top that features tiered sleeves with large pearl buttons on them. This is a gorgeous top and is a medium weight polyester that has a lot of shine and texture to it. This has to be hand washed because of the pearls.
