Roz & Ali Royal Blue Dress

Chic and stylish vibrant royal blue dress. Features elegant long bat wing sleeves. Open on the bottom of each sleeve. Has a lot of stretch for that body com fit- worn to the office and to a wedding. Does that day to evening event flip really well. Thick knit and is fully lined with hidden back zipper.
