Roz & Ali Blue Embroidered Floral Dress 12

Beautiful dress from Roz & Ali. Size 12. Blue with embroidered flowers around the skirt. Short sleeves with cinching at the tops of the shoulders and ties at the ends. Elastic stretch at the waist. There are thread tabs at the waist and this does have a tie that comes with the dress. The dress is pictured without the tie but will be included.
