Answers are always appreciated. It is mannerly. The reason why people, not all but some, ask for a discount is because of the ridiculous shipping fee. The pants ship for under $4. Manually lowering the rate would influence buyers to pay the asking price. This would be of benefit to the seller since the shipping is nothing but a deterrent.
