Royal blue shimmer Dress gown low back /train high leg slit (please read)

This dress needs a little bit of work but was high end and well made and overall good condition. The two issues it has or that the back zipper is broken. It is an 8 inch zipper that either needs repaired or replaced. And the brand label and size tag are missing. I think it is a size 2 or four. I am posting as a extra small. Pit to pit is 15 inches and the waist is 12 inches. There is some internal course sitting structure that allows for some support without a bra. Prom, formal, Stock photos are similar, but not exact.
