Royal blue and white polkadot dress with ruffle

This is a size small forever 21 royal blue and white polkadotted dress. It has a collar that buttons down to the waist with a very cute ruffle. There is a side zipper( as shown in pictures $also that slightly comes from the left side under arm to waste. From waist to bottom of dress is pleated. This dress is very lightweight the top portion is transparent. The dress may need a camisole at the top if desired look is to be less transparent.
