"Royal Blue" Smooth couture ballroom gown, new w/ lime green and swarovski

This is a gorgeous dress! The halter style bodice is royal blue lace trimmed in lime green applique and crystals. It has a beautiful multiple layered skirt trimmed in horsehair. A gorgeous dress at an amazing price and it's brand new!!! Brand new. I hate to give this one up it is so thoughtfully designed, the applique actually snaps over the zipper in back so it looks seamless and flawless, but it is not made for someone my height, best for over 5'3" The top all the way through the hip has a good amount of 2 way stretch and it does not have integrated cups, so you can put in what best suits you. Size 8 - 10 -12
