Royal Blue & Gold-Tone Accents Art Deco Inspired Necklace (J. Crew?) (AS IS)

This is a Royal Blue & Gold-Tone Accents Art Deco Inspired Necklace (J. Crew?) (AS IS). Necklace measures approximately 22" (open, lying flat). The majority of the beads feel like plastic or resin, and the chain is gold-tone but NOT gold (or gold-plated). So, this is a Costume Jewelry piece. It is unsigned / unmarked / unstamped. Aesthetically, I would guess J. Crew but the quality is pretty low so maybe something like Charming Charlie?!? I'm not sure but it is NOT a vintage piece. It's retro, made to look vintage but modern. Condition-wise, there is a fairly obvious scratch running across the main royal blue "stone". Otherwise, it is in Good Condition with no missing beads, no issues with the lobster clasp or chain. But please know it's a fairly cheap piece - something that came from a mall store, Target, Walmart, etc. This is not high-end costume jewelry.
