@leila60 Hi! They are 15” but it’s tough because they have stretch so you can easily add an inch but then again they have a drawstring so you can make them a bit snugger. For reference, I wore them as a 10–12.

Oops! Missed that you wanted the measurement stretched. You can stretch the waist to about 18”
