These are stretchy athletic booty shorts from Roxy. The outer part of the legs can be cinched up as high as you'd like. They look like swim shorts but they are for dry activities. The crotch is double lined. I've ran in these but my butt just eats them up so in my experience these are better for less vigorous activities.
